A: It’s simple! Just place your dirty clothes in the trash bag the first time. We will come get your clothes the first day you sign up unless you tell us other wise. Our team washes, folds, and delivers your clean clothes right back to your doorstep. We will deliver you clothes in your Easy Cycle Laundry Bag.

Q: Do I need to sort my laundry before pickup?
A: Nope! You don’t have to worry about sorting. Our team carefully separates lights and darks to ensure the best care for your clothes.

Q: How long does the service take?
A: All orders are completed and delivered back within 24 hours.

Q: Can I send my large blankets or comforters?
A: Yes, please only send that for one wash. Even if it doesn’t fit in the bag we will wash it for you.

Q: What if I’m not home for pickup or delivery?
A: No problem! You can leave your laundry bag on your front porch. We will text you when we pick it up, and send you a picture when we deliver it.

Q: Is there a maximum size amount?
A: If it fits in the bag we will wash it.

Q: What kind of detergents do you use?
A: We use high-quality, eco-friendly detergents that are tough on stains but gentle on fabrics. Hypoallergenic options are also available upon request.

Q: How do I schedule a pickup?
A: When you sign up you will receive a text message. All you will need to do is send a text to that number when you want a pick up and we will take care of the rest from there.

Q: What if I no longer want or need Easy Cycle Services?
A: We understand, all you need to do is text the number that you sent to schedule your pick ups we will stop the membership. No questions asked. You can even keep the Easy Cycle Laundry Bag as a gift to you.
